Most items are recycled or gently used. Some items will come with brand new tags purchased right from retail and never worn! All items will have a detailed description and several photos to display exactly what you will be purchasing.
Because we deal with mostly USED & VINTAGE items, we want you to know that we put our best foot forth in letting you know about any condition issues. We only select the best QUALITY pieces in our shop. Please realize that these items have been scrutinized. Know that when purchasing VINTAGE items, they will generally be 25 years old OR MORE! We will not refund due to an issue with your item as a result of laundering, dry-cleaning, or polishing that causes discolorization, etc.
ALL items are sold AS IS! We have a NO RETURN policy. We will not issue a refund UNLESS there is a major discrepency on our description or pictures of the item(s) compared to what you actually recieve. If such an instance ensues, you must email us within 48 hours of receiveing your item to ensure a full refund. If you do not report issues within this time period, we reserve the right to stick to our NO REFUND policy.
All items will be shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment. We accept PayPal and Google Checkout as form of payment and expect payment within 5 days.
